Bonga Jerk comes from bonga, the African name for menhaden, yet it scarcely explains the attributes of this bruiser. This lipless shad moves through the water with incredible agility and lifelike action. Thanks to its integral "Power Keel", the bait lunges with each rod twitch or jerk to then recovers with a darting, side-to-side walking motion producing violent strikes. This bait also works beautifully when trolled, shifting from side to side in a rhythmic dance and its "Full Wire" assembly withstands the most brutal attacks from big fish. Also comes in a regular model, for light or medium tackle fishing.
